Pyjamas steal the show at Cavells!

It’s not often that you see a gaggle of gorgeous men sporting pyjamas in the middle of Oakham, but that was the fitting finale of Cavell’s Winter Fashion show, which was held on 4th October in the Mill Street Store.

The shows have become a firm fixture in the fashion calendar, as an ideal opportunity to see the best of the season's new fashion, modelled by some very glamorous locals.

An eclectic range of looks came down the catwalk, from casual day wear to ball dresses, including some of Cavell's newest brands like Marc Cain, Numph, FCUK and Velvet. Jeans have become an integral part of the Cavell's offering, with 8 jeans brands now in stock, including Radcliffe, Paige and Tummy Tuck.

Fashion Insider

Buying for someone who is fashion savvy is always daunting, but stick to some key rules and you will be sure to delight:

Never buy on the high street – fashionistas and dapper dressers like to look individual

Go for the best quality fabrics – think cashmere, wool, pure cotton, and silk

Colour is key – most fashionistas and dapper dressers will have a “signature” colour

Finally, don’t forget to wrap beautifully (or ask if the shop can do it for you!)
